From the real territory to the decision dashboard.

End-to-end integrated territorial systems — driven across the whole chain, without outsourcing a single link, in a single person.

/01 What I do Integrated Territorial System

A complete, tailor-made territorial system — one your team actually operates.

The whole chain in a single person: delivered to production, with the team trained to evolve it.

01

Diagnosis and blueprint

Critical reading of existing data, mapping of territorial processes and design of the target architecture.

02

Spatial databases

Relational and geospatial modeling (PostGIS) that is coherent, interoperable and ready to grow.

03

Web applications and maps

Functional management tools, with layers, polygons and integrated spatial navigation.

04

Decision dashboards

Indicators and visualizations that turn raw data into clear decisions for the manager.

05

Automation and integration

Field capture, OCR, pipelines and synchronization between the tools the client already uses.

06

Documentation and training

The team leaves knowing how to operate and evolve the system. Not a report that gathers dust.

/02 The difference Why a single person

A chain with no seams.

1

A territorial engineering team in one person

You hire urban planner + data engineer + dev + designer in a single specialist. Faster and cheaper.

2

AI speed with domain depth

I have used AI as a pair programmer long enough to know where it accelerates and where it breaks.

3

A system the team uses

I deliver products in production, running — not a PDF nobody opens.

4

Double reading: technical and human

Products designed for both the technical operator and the resident or manager of the territory.

Bruno José

Urban architect · geoprocessing
Full-stack developer · solutions engineer
Designer · UI / UX

Systemic thinking that moves between territory, data, code and design.

Three profiles that would normally require three hires.

I am a consultant for governments and third-sector organizations specialized in integrated territorial systems. I combine architecture and urban planning with expertise in geoprocessing — social housing, land regularization, slum and urban-community upgrading, territorial diagnosis in favelas, communities and Indigenous territories — with full-stack development and interface design.

This combination lets me carry territorial data through the entire path — from field collection to the structured database, the web application, the interactive map and the decision dashboard — without outsourcing links in the chain. I design each product thinking about both who uses it: the technician, who needs a reliable tool, and the resident or manager, who needs to understand the information and act.
